I was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. As a young child I was continually drawing and painting and enjoyed my first public arts experience as a third grader - painting the window of a store on the main street of town after winning a contest depicting a Halloween scene.For many years I had an award-winning graphic design studio, Budd Graphic Design. We specialized in corporate and hospital design.I now devote myself to painting full time in my West Los Angeles studio.
